Return Policy

We make every effort possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, we offer a exchange or store credit on the products we sell.

To exchange the product with another similar product, it must be in its original condition and original shipping carton. Please let us know if you have any issues with your shipment upon arrival. Our shipping times are not guaranteed and late shipments are covered under this exchange policy. All exchange and damage claims must be made within (7) seven days of delivery. Purchase is not eligible for returns or exchange once installation has begun. This includes product that is claimed to be defective, for any reason. Please inspect your product prior to installation.

 

Upon exchange there is a 15% restocking fee.

 

To avoid returns we strongly recommend purchasing a sample to confirm color and pattern.

 

All returns must be returned prepaid, and in their original condition with the original packaging.

 

Damage Claims

Any items damaged during the shipping process will be replaced at no extra cost. All Damaged claims must be made within (7) seven days of delivery. Slight color variations must be accepted as a normal feature as our tile selection is hand painted.

A considerable amount of packaging is used to insure they arrive in good shape every time. However, if you find any damage please contact us immediately.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy does not apply to sample orders, special orders, pre-orders, back-orders and custom orders.
Sample orders, Special orders, pre-orders, Back-orders and custom orders are non refundable and eligible for store credit at our discretion.
